This handmade traditional Pichwai painting by Imagineers holds Shrinath Ji at the heart of a beautiful pictorial scene of Sharad Purnima celebration.

Shrinath ji at the centre stands dressed alluringly holding the Govardhan Parvat in one hand and a blooming lotus in another hand, featuring deep, big and captivating eyes.

The word 'Sharad' means Autumn. 'Purnima' is a full moon night. Sharad Purnima is the full moon night that marks the end of monsoon season and is the symbolic on set of Autumn as per the vedic calendar.

This night is said to bestow tranquility and peace as it is this night on which Shri Krishna performed the divine Raas Leela, playing his flute, surrounded with the Devtas, peacocks and Gopikas. Hence, this auspicious night with a full glowing moon is considered fortunate for meditation purposes as it signifies the divine union of higher consciousness. The base of this pichwai handmade painting is a hand spun cotton cloth. All colors used in this painting are made of natural stone pigments.

Size of this unframed art is 4 * 3 feet
